Scope of this agreement
This Member Agreement governs your use of your GPLZone customer account. It complements our Terms of Service and License terms.
1. Personal, non-transferable account
Your account — including all download access — is strictly personal. You may not share credentials with any other person or organization, resell account access, or use one account on behalf of multiple parties.
2. Fair use of downloads
Downloads are provided for your own project use. Automated, bulk, or scripted downloading of the catalog, or downloading with the intent to redistribute, is a material breach of this agreement.
3. Consequences of breach
If we reasonably determine that your account has been shared, resold, or abused:
- we may suspend or terminate the account immediately;
- no refund is owed for the remainder of any period;
- we reserve the right to refuse future registration from the same person or entity.
4. Product licenses
Downloading a product under this agreement grants you the applicable use license described on our License page. The agreement itself does not grant any additional redistribution rights.
5. Payments
If you purchase a subscription or recurring product, you authorize the chosen payment processor to charge the agreed amount on each renewal date until cancelled. One-time purchases are charged once.
6. Account closure
You may close your account at any time via the contact page. Download access ends immediately upon closure.
7. Updates to this agreement
We may amend this agreement as the service evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
