Digital products — general rule
Because our products are instantly delivered digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable by default. Please review the product description, compatibility requirements, and license before purchasing.
When we do issue refunds
We will gladly issue a refund when:
- Defective file — the download is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same order.
- Unfulfilled order — payment settled but the download was never delivered and the issue is on our side.
When refunds do not apply
- Change of mind after downloading.
- Incompatibility with your hosting, PHP version, or third-party plugins — requirements are listed on each product page.
- Lack of features that were never advertised on the product page.
- Requests made long after purchase where the files were already downloaded and usable.
How to request
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem (screenshots or error messages help a lot). Our team responds within 24–48 hours.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the processor (PayPal, card, or crypto network).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — almost every issue can be solved faster directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be terminated.
