Media Manager for UserPro 3.8
Wordpress Plugins Codecanyon 4.8 (4.4K reviews)
Media Manager for UserPro is a WordPress add-on that extends the standard UserPro profile system with dedicated media upload capabilities. Where a default UserPro profile typically supports a single avatar or cover image, this plugin gives registered users the ability to attach multiple files directly to their profile pages. The add-on works as a bridge between the existing UserPro framework and a more expressive profile experience. After installation, users gain access to a media section where they can manage their uploaded content independently. The plugin is distributed as a straightforward zip file, designed for standard WordPress installation through the admin dashboard. It does not replace UserPro itself; rather, it sits on top of it, adding a layer of media management that is otherwise missing from the base platform. For site owners who run communities, directories, or membership sites, this means their members can present themselves with more than just a written bio.
Three primary file categories are supported: pictures, videos, and audio files. Each of these appears as a distinct section within the user profile, allowing visitors to browse through a member's photo collection, watch embedded video content, or listen to uploaded audio clips. The plugin does not convert files or alter their format; it simply stores them and renders them in an accessible layout on the profile page. Multiple uploads are permitted for each category, so a user can build a small portfolio of images, a short set of video clips, or a handful of music tracks. This flexibility suits a wide range of use cases, from artists and musicians showcasing their work to community members sharing personal media with one another. The upload process relies on the same user-based permissions already defined by UserPro, meaning administrators retain control over who can add files and what types of files are allowed.

From an administrator's perspective, the add-on integrates with the familiar UserPro settings and does not create a separate, isolated system. Media files are attached to user profiles and can be managed through the standard WordPress media handling procedures. There is no additional learning curve for existing UserPro users, as the media manager appears naturally within the profile editing interface. For members, the benefit is clear: profiles become visibly richer and more informative. A photographer can display a gallery without leaving the site. A podcast host can attach audio episodes to an author profile. A teacher can upload introductory videos to a staff directory. The plugin is purely functional in its approach, focusing on the storage and presentation of user-generated media rather than adding social networking features, commenting, or sharing tools. It does exactly what its name implies, and it does so through the established UserPro architecture.
This plugin is intended for anyone who already runs UserPro and wants to give their members a fuller way to express themselves online. There is no need to install additional third-party services, configure complex external APIs, or purchase separate storage solutions. The media files are handled within the same WordPress environment, under the same user roles and permissions that govern the rest of the site. The add-on is provided as a downloadable zip file that can be uploaded directly through the WordPress plugin installer. Because it is an extension of UserPro, the core plugin must be present and active for Media Manager to function. This product does not attempt to reinvent the profile experience; it simply removes a practical limitation by allowing multiple pictures, videos, and audio files to coexist on a single user profile. Site owners gain a cost-effective way to expand the usefulness of their existing membership system without switching platforms.
